Shipping policy

We aim to ship your order as soon as possible and get it out of our fulfilment centre onto transport. Priority in shipping will be given to customers who selected 'Priority Shipping' at checkout, therefore, meaning their order would be pushed to a priority position in the process of shipping customer orders for the day you placed your order. It does not affect the time taken to deliver, it simply means your order will be processed by our team sooner, in turn, increases the likelihood that your order will arrive sooner. Please note, that Priority Shipping is non-refundable should you wish to return your order to us as we would have accrued costs to ship your order as a priority, therefore, would be unable to refund Priority Shipping as that is an extra/preference choice by the customer.

Even with Priority Shipping selected, shipping can take up to 3 - 5 working days however on average we often ship orders within 2 - 3 working days. Speed of shipment is heavily dependant on schedules and business activity as well as delays by couriers and government laws and advice.

Please understand that once we ship your order, it is out of our hands the time taken for your product to get to you as we use several delivery fulfilment partners. All who have been given strict instruction to get orders out to customers at a fast rate. Please allow the given expected delivery wait time, as usual, we have customer orders that arrive way before the expected delivery time and rarely due to situations out of our control, orders can take a little while longer.

We have a delivery estimate of 3 - 7 working days which is how long your order can take to arrive from the date that it was shipped. Please bear in mind that this is an estimate and many of our customers have received their order much sooner. If 21 days have passed since your order was shipped, then please get in touch with us and we will be more than happy to help you resolve it.

Any customs fee or import duty is down to the customer/recipient of the order to pay and clear any outstanding balance or amount.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We can't guarantee that once you ask, we are able to cancel your order as it depends on how far your order is in the processing stage. We do allow customers to cancel their order, providing they have informed us within 24hrs and to the correct department. Most often if your order hasn't progressed to the shipping stage, then we may be able to cancel and process your refund back to you. However, if you're order has been moved to the shipping stage or has been shipped then, unfortunately, we can not cancel your order as there is no way to redirect it back to us. We advise you to kindly wait for your order and from there, when you receive it and you wish to return it to us for a refund, you can according to our Returns Policy.
